Gentle start of the program: lymph activation through breathing and joint warm-up of the neck, shoulders, and pelvis. We practice a neutral spine position and tune into mindful bodywork.
Working with swelling in the lower legs: activating feet and popliteal lymph collectors, performing calf massage and gentle mobility exercises for the calf muscles and foot joints.
Boosting lymph flow in the hip area: “glute walk,” leg stretches, and activation of inguinal and iliac collectors. Finishing with active leg swings and gentle seated twists.
Focus on the abdominal zone: lymph activation around the cisterna chyli and exercises like “pelvic clock” and “bridge.” Closing with twists, bends, and stretches for deep drainage and core toning.
Lying on the stomach: gentle leg bends and knee slides along the floor, lower back activation, arm rotations, and breathing. Finishing in cat pose and bends to relax the back and abdomen.
Side-lying work: arm and leg stretches, arm circles, “walking man,” and leg lifts — engaging obliques, waist, and axillary lymph nodes. Closing with breathing practice and gentle twists.
