Lying on your back: thoracic lifts, side crunches, and the classic glute bridge activate the rectus + obliques and teach you to keep the lower back grounded.

Workout 2: 360° Plank + V-Up

Alternate planks (from knees and straight legs) with dynamic knee drives to the chest, then flip into V-ups for core control and breath awareness.
