Intro Lesson: Preparation and Warm-Up

A short joint warm-up, breathing exercises, and gentle stretching prepare the body for work: we activate stabilizers, align the neutral position of the torso, and get familiar with the program principles — smooth flows, slow pace, and movement in all planes.

Workout 1: Shoulders and Back

Slow flows standing and in plank engage the shoulders, back, glutes, and core. Static holds and smooth chest openings strengthen stabilizers without sharp moves, helping you feel each muscle.

Workout 2: Balance and Stabilizers

Single-leg bends, torso rotations, and smooth rolls improve balance, activate stabilizing muscles, and open the hips, combining dynamic stretching with functional work.

Workout 3: Legs and Shoulders

Lunges, side planks, and twists connect into a flow, working legs, shoulders, and core simultaneously. Focus on pelvic control, joint mobility, and steady breathing enhances coordination.

Workout 4: Full Body and Mobility

Yoga elements, joint exercises, and wave-like spine movements deeply engage the whole body, improving mobility, coordination, and strength without overload.

Workout 5: Deep Core and Legs
